We are seeking detailed proposals that outline your intended chapter, including
a working title,
author(s) list,
an abstract of 300-500 words,
tentative number of pages for the chapter,
a brief outline of the key themes and arguments you plan to address,
a short biography highlighting relevant expertise and previous publications of all authors.
